Last October 31, my third work anniversary in this firm crept on me. Now nobody is listening… during my first few months here not even I believed this moment would arrive. I wasn’t fifteen years old, but I believe that back then, and despite having some experience in consultancy, I still dreamt with becoming Raúl and wearing a number seven shirt. Raúl is now hanging up his boots… and I don’t feel so lost!

It’s easy to look back, and as easy to be surprised at the amount of things left on the side of the road: many overcome challenges and a lot of hard work. What we were resembles little to what we are today, and this has a very special value being a small company setting out on its way towards maturity… we all know how beautiful, difficult, frustrating and exciting teenage years are.

In the last three years we have been able to continue our growth and to do it in the worst possible scenario. We have surpassed the first hundred employees and we are now approaching the second hundred, we have opened offices in London and New York, we have carried out projects in other countries and launched our own proprietary products.

As our 2015 motto goes, “the best is yet to come”. And it seems that this year we’re starting is looking promising…
