Globalisation of Optimissa’s Recruitment department
The consultancy firm specialised in capital markets kicks off this initiative with the aim to promote talent acquisition locally. The Madrid-based team, led by Anastasiia Vypyrailo, has developed the required processes for an efficient implementation in the rest of the locations. Anastasiia will be responsible for the replication of their work methodology in every office, so that speed and cost efficiency will be improved and result in an enhanced client service.
In close collaboration with the headquarters in Madrid, Ariadna Romero will manage the new Recruitment department in Latin America. Settling in Mexico and expanding into Latin American territory is one of the main goals set in the organisation’s international strategy. “It is a significant challenge and a great opportunity to work with a company recently established in Mexico”, says Ariadna. “Optimissa is a consultancy with a track record in Spain and the potential for growth in our country is substantial”.
Optimissa continues expanding and refining its ability to export a tried and tested methodology to different locations, for which communication between the different departments and offices is key. Relying on local teams is essential to achieve the organisation’s mission: to help its clients overcome their challenges, whether of a business or a technology nature.
