We are looking for two help desk technicians to provide support for users in the treasury department of a Spanish financial entity.
Requirements
– Experience in Level 1 and Level 2 incident support (networks and systems)
– Knowledge of software, mobile devices, hardware and network installation and configuration
– Experience in server connection
– Experience in user, licence, and registration settings configuration
– Experience in liaising between users and the technical departments of a company
– Communication and internal customer service skills
– Ability to work within a team
